The original one (which covers the IIc up to the UniDisk 3.5 version)
is an Addison-Wesley manual, and is not available.

The second edition (which also covers the IIc+ and is much more
detailed, but has no ROM listings) is an APDA product, and is
available from ByteWorks for US$30.
