CP/M Card Help Needed! IDENTIY OF, THAT IS

Does any recognize what type of CP/M card this is and where I can acquire
software to determine the functional state of the board?

It reads:

als  DIGITAL RESEARCH  Advanced Logic Systems
The CP/M Card REV B

It has a ZILOG Z80B CPU on it and what looks like 64k of RAM.

I placed the card in slot 4 since most CP/M boards need to be in that location.
To my surprise, there is NO ROM code at C400!  Should I be seeing some ROM code
for this particular card?  The MuMATH program released by MicroSOFT as well as
their boot disk and Applied Engineering's boot disk do not recognize the presence
of a CP/M card (not surprising).  Is there anything I can do to check the state
of the card as well as even use the card?
