Just got this in the mail. It lets schools use old Apple IIs to give
students their own email address. Good for NetDay.

FrEdMail does just this... in simultaneous, multi-user mode, no less. You
can have 500 student mailboxes right in your school, on up to 32 Apple
IIe/IIgs computers simultaneously, with their own Internet mail accounts.
Considering how rare individual Internet email accounts are, this is an
ideal solution (cheap and easy to operate) for giving your students
low-cost email access on old machines while you preserve speedier
machines for high-bandwidth applications.
