Re: Questions regarding all my Apple computers.

Hi..
Your Apple /// is likely a 128 or 256K machine. Its memory is on a "piggyback"
board on top of the mother board. The /// had its problems early on, but
once the bugs were worked out was a solid machine that could do a lot of
work. Only about 100,000 were ever made, but Apple was making a profit on
each when they were discontinued in 1983. Your best sources of software
are Washington Apple Pi (working on 300 disks in our PD library now of
software) (301)-984-0300
ON THREE still has software as well - 1-805-397-6118
Their Desktop Manager program remains one of the single best pieces of software
ever written for the /// - and they offer a new version of SOS - called BOS3
that is also wonderful.

WAP works with Consorti on new software - we are in final tests on a new
"universal" SCSI driver that will work with almost every SCSI drive - including
the EZ Drive (but NOT the ZIP - can't change the parity).
