Sequential_Systems - PLEASE ANSWER -

Here is my Story Concerning an Issue that I 
	have with the Sequential_Systems Company.

	This is not easy to managed as I'm from 
	France. I send them the following mails.
	Now I'm waiting for News. !!!

Dear Sir,

	We are now the 27th of February, and I still
	did not receive my Order (See attached mail).

	I also send you two or three mails in order to
	know when you expect sending me my order. But
	No ANSWER from you/or the Sequential_Systems
	Company.

	I'm from France and it's not easy to manage
	such a situation. Which is going worth and worth
	every days. 

	I am also posting these letters to the 
	comp.sys.apple2 newsgroup, your company will look
	very bad if you do not respond soon.

PS: My credit Card has been debited in December. But where
    are my ROMs and Soft ?????

Dear Sir:

A service upgrade is currently available for Seceond Sight.  There is no
charge for the upgrade, but repacemnt of 2 chips is required, and due to the
high cost of these chips, we must secure return of the old chips with $20
deposit via a credit card.  Unfornuately for those of you overseas, return
shipping of the chips may exceed $20 in which case you may simply ask to
purchase the new chips for $15.

Second View Pro is currently available for $39.95.  Ego Systems has not
expressed an interest in carrying SView Pro.  You may however purchase it
directly form us.
