Creating Disk Images

Hey all,
             Downstairs Ive got a pretty rare piece of hardware (or so it 
seems) I bought back in about 1987. Its called a Logo Trackstar. It's an IBM 
compatible machine (XT i think) but it has a special card in it that allows 
all apple software to be run from the normal IBM drives. Does anyone know if I 
can use this to make disk images straight from apple disks on this machine to 
use on my emulator on my 486?? If so...where can i get the program. Thanks.
