	Actually, neither of the above key-press sequences are
entirely correct, or rather necessary. To invoke the built-in 
self test on the Apple IIe:

	Solid Apple + Control + Reset

Adding the Open-Apple key is only required for the self-test
on the Apple IIc and IIgs. No ill effect will occur adding the
extra key press on the Enhanced IIe, though in the original IIe
it will cause an annoying high-pitched squeel during the test. :)

Note I'm not entirely certain about the IIc and IIc+. The original
ROM version (255) had no built-in self test, even though pressing
all four modifier keys caused some strange sound and video effects.
All latter versions, including the Plus, of course had a self-test
though I don't quite recall whether the Open-Apple key was required.
