I believe if you check with Mr. Tracy Cook at 1-800-2apple2, you'll find
he has (had a week ago) at least one of these controller cards for sale.
Tracy runs A+ Computer and does wholesale resales of used Apple II computer
equipment.  He's located across the Bay from San Francisco...which means he gets
to look at The City and watch those magnificent sunsets without paying the
extra costs of life in Baghdad by the Bay.  :-)
