  I would definitely avoid IDT, for more than just there ineptitude
I am a (very unsatisfied) client of IDT and am currently hunting
around for another provider. I suggest that you look elsewhere, they
are awful. I can depend on getting a response to an email or voicemail
to tech support at least 2 days after sending it, and even then the
response is completely useless and shows that they did not even pay
attention to the details of my call.
