Well, the question of finding alternate Internet Service Providers _was_
asked in a place where everyone _does_ have net access, so pointing
people to The List _was_ appropriate to the specific question being asked.

For each of the last 2 years, SSII _has_ made available several Internet
Resource disks, and both years, every single ISP in the world _was_ listed.
Admittedly, with 4 zillion new ISPs springing up in the past year, a
comprehensive listing might be a little more difficult these days to fit
on an 800k disk.
