Infocom Adventures: Was there a sequal to "Lost Treasures"?

Hi:

I recently received "The Lost Treasures of Infocom" for the
Apple IIgs.  It contains two game interpreters, and data files
for some twenty-five adventures.  (Each game has a single file.)

Have any other games been released in this fashion?  Has anyone
reversed-engineered other games into such data files?
For example, I bought "Bureaucracy" on 5.25" and would like to
get a data file that I can install on my hard drive.


On a related note, this package didn't include any nice icons
for these datafiles (or the interpreter applications).  I whipped
up some pretty boring ones, but I was wondering if anyone with
artistic skills had created any.
