sticky keys help needed

Hi all.

I have a IIc w/ very stiff/sticky keys. How do I go about solving this?
Funny, years back on a different IIc I had the same problem, but had 
Applecare --- took it to the dealer & their solution was to replace the 
keyboard! I didn't complain, but don't think I have that option this 
time. ;-)
