I had the book at one time too (I might have obtained it via Henrik's
purchase - its been a while).  I found a student who was willing
to translate the whole thing for a few hundred bucks, but that
never panned out.  Although, if you look at the code, you can semi-figure-out
what they're saying.

If you need any more information regarding the book, I'm sure
I can get it from the person who has it now. Email me if so...
