French GS Book

A while back I heard of a book written by French GS programmers.  To
the best of my memory, the title is _Le GS Epluche_, which roughly
translates to "The GS Peeled."  I'd appreciate if someone who owns a
copy could post complete bibliographic information including title, any
title varients, authors, publisher, and date and place of publication.
The information may help me locate a copy by interlibrary loan.

By the way, the reason I'm posting the above as opposed to putting a
"WTB" on comp.sys.apple2.marketplace is that the book is rarely up for
sale.  But if someone reading this wants to sell their copy, feel free
to email me.
