Old RPGs

While we are discussing old RPG type games, I have one here in
my //e that I've never been able to complete. It's called
DRAGON WARS by InterPlay. It's a really large game (6 disks)
for
it's day (1989) similar to the Ultimas with automapping like
BattleTech.
The docs mention 'magic boots' but I've never been able to find
the 'priests' who are supposed to give them to me.
 
I'd REALLY like to hear from anyone who has played this game.
