A phone number for them is pointless. Trying to get through to their tech
support is like trying to break through a brick wall with a toothpick
(always busy - and when you DO happen to get through, you're on hold for a
good hour or so waiting for a live person).
Your best bet is to log onto their BBS and email a question directly to them
there. I've had pretty good success with that method.
