I work for a computer firm in the town I live in, and one of our clients
bought a GS second hand for his son. He needed some stuff for it and asked
if we had a source for GS related material since no local stores had 
anything in stock (of course). I contacted Diz and he had the items in his 
possession (no backordering) and promised it would be in transit to me 
immediately. Based on this assurance I told the client his system would be 
ready by the weekend. The item never came, and I was forced to find 
another source for the merchandise. The client was not amused at the time 
delay, and we ended up eating the order and giving it to him for free to
keep him in our good graces.

Working in a customer service related industry, just like Diz, perhaps I 
am more sensitive to bad service. Frankly, we can't afford to waste our 
time on flaky companies who we can't count on. I only hold him to the 
same standard I hold myself in this regard.
