Not likely.
In any case, that list of "System failure codes" is pretty
meaningless. I have never seen any of these errors appear on the
IIgs. Most of the error descriptions don't even make sense - what is
a "package" supposed to refer to, for example? Packages were used in
old versions of the Mac system software to load extra toolsets, e.g.
Standard File, that weren't in ROM. There is no IIgs equivalent.
The descriptions imply that they are specific to ProDOS-16. I doubt
that these error codes were retained by GS/OS.
