Wanted: Diagnostic Disk for Checkmate CX IIC Ram Card

I am writing a lengthy review paper-on-disk of Apple II diagnostics.
In a 1987 InCider magazine, I learned that there is an excellent RAM
diagnostic for the Checkmate Multi-Ram CX ram card for the IIc.

Could someone post me this diagnostic?  I cannot download files --- send 
it via postal mail and I will compensate for postage sent.


I am also on the lookout for other exotic A2 diagnostics.  Send them to 
me and you will get my review article when it is finished in Jan 1996.
