Yes. The usual suspects are near the AC input. Check your ON/OFF
switch. These fry from time to time. Check the globar resistor (usually a
black, disk-shaped thing in series with the AC input). Sometimes globar's
break or pop off a lead. Check the electrolytic caps near the AC input
side of the supply. These sometimes short and then blow. (The POP and
hisssss sounds are a good match for a cap failure.)
Any of the above problems could result in no power at the outputs.
Probably, your fuse is okay; but, check it, too.
