If it's really a "Mac IIc Plus", then take it to a Mac group.
Otherwise, it's an APPLE //c+. We're sensitive about these things. 

In any case, the //c+ can't so TCP/IP in any form, be it SLIP, PPP,
whatever. As far as I know, the //c+ handles high-speed communication
pretty well, so with a good modem and terminal software, you could have
a terminal connection to a 'net host elsewhere. That's pretty much all
you can do 'net-wise with a //c+.
