Matt,
I have been using GraphicWriter III for about 8 months, and the page
layout is much better than AWGS (IMO). The only thing I really don't
like about the current version (1.1) is the graphic import filters...
they just don't do a good job. The current version also doesn't support
the system clipboard, so you can't cut from, say, ShadowWrite and paste
in. However, it does have text import filters for AppleWorks, AppleWriter,
Teach, Text, and one or two others, as well as graphic import filters for
Single and Double HiRes, MacPaint, PrintShopGS, and SHR. I am very much
looking forward to GW III v. 2.0, as it is suppossed to support the clip-
board, have a standard font menu (it does support Pointless now, but
you have to pick a small range of fonts and sizes to display in the menu
in the current version, which is not a big handicap, as a decent layout
_shouldn't_ have more than 3 or 4 fonts anyway).
