Need Apple //e Serial card

I am looking for a serial card for someone who just bought an Apple //e 
so he can hook up a modem. Also, does anyone know what is the top modem 
speed you can use with a //e?  He also wants a mouse card. Anyone know of 
any sources for these? I appreciate any info you can come up with. Either
