Internet connection? - Bartlesville, Okla

An Apple IIGS user from our Users Group just moved to Bartlesville, 
Oklahoma and would like to get onto the Internet.  He can now send 
Internet E-mail through a Fidonet BBS but does not have the Apple II 
NewsGroups.  Does anyone know of Internet Provider with a local phone# 
for Bartlesville?

Also, is there an Apple II Users Group in Bartlesville or near by?
