I don't know if Bartlesville has its own local internet provider at this time, but I 
do know that Genie and America Online can be accessed with a local call in 
Bartlesville.  Both these services have several Internet services.  The bad news is 
that the modem lines are only 2400 baud or less (at least according to the 
information I found).  

Of course it would be best if Bartlesville had a local internet provider with SLIP 
access, and I'm sure eventually virtually every town/city will have internet 
providers since the internet is growing so quickly.

I don't have the Genie or AOL phone numbers handy or I'd post them here.
