In the Page Layout module, presumably?

It is reasonably easy to do. All you need to do is set up several
text objects in the right shape to avoid the area occupied by the
graphic, and link them all together.

Let's see if I can draw a picture:

  _____________________________________________
 | _________________________________________ |
 | | Text region 1 - main body of text | |
 | | starts here. | |
 | | | |
 | | | |
 | |_________________________________________| |
 | | Text region 2 | _______________ |
 | | | | | |
 | | | | Graphic | |
 | | | |_______________| |
 | |_____________________|___________________ |
 | | Text region 3 | |
 | | | |
 | | | |
 | | | |
 | |_________________________________________| |
 |_____________________________________________|

In this example, I have a graphic about half way down the right side
of the page, so I set up three text regions that "flow" around the
graphic. Text region 1 is linked to text region 2, and text region 2
is linked to text region 3. This causes the text in region 1 to
continue through regions 2 and 3 if there is not enough space to
display it all.

Some fine tuning might be needed to get the line spacing right at the
points where the regions meet (e.g. by overlapping the top and bottom
of the adjacent text regions, depending on the height of the font).

If you have a more complicated situation, such as a graphic in the
middle of the page, it would be a better idea to split the page into
two columns of text, and use a similar idea to the above to flow each
column around the graphic.
