MIDI on my GS

I want to use my GS as a sequencer with my MIDI keyboard. Where can I get a
MIDI card for it? I thought I heard someone say that I can use a MAC MIDI
card with my GS. True or false? If true, can anyone recommend a card that'll
work well and not cost me a fortune. What about sequencing programs? Did AE
make a MIDI card? Anyone got MIDI stuff for sale (cheap, please!!!)
