I'd be more than happy to set up a FTP site on my machine, esp. for just
a few text files and whatnot (until the acquistion of a new 1+gig HD to
replace the one that fried, I can't be _too_ generous, but...)

Now, I just need to learn how to set up ftp... (I'm new to this whole
sysadmin thing...) Email me, if anyone's interested. I'm a Mac/Unix
user now, but I have VERY fond memories of hacking away at my Apple IIe,
and the joy I got when I first acquired a IIgs (which is still in use, BTW).
