Sounds like maybe the Dictionary file itself is corrupted, do you have a
backup? If not try changing the name of the file to something else and
changing it to TXT file for safe keeping then create a new Dictionary
file and see if you can access it. If you can then the problem isn't
GS/OS but the Dictionary file itself. I am assuming this is your custom
dictionary and not the standard one that comes with AWGS. If it's the
standard Dictionary file trying reloading it fresh from the orignal disks.
