Hi!
	A little thought, but could the program require Double Hi-res 
graphics, and a jumper isn't installed in your IIe's?  The platnium IIe 
should be automatic, but older one's like mine, require a jumper cable on 
the extended 80 column card.  The enhanced IIe requirement might also be 
a possibility, as mentioned before.

	If you find out that either one is the case, then the program 
will not work on your II+, as it doesn't support Double Hi-res graphics 
and I don't think installing a enhancement kit is possible.
