I am not familiar with that program so I am just guessing. Are the IIes
enhanced? Maybe that's required. If you see the message "Apple //e" when
booting they are; if you see the message "Apple ][" they aren't.

Unless the II+'s have a special card installed, they should have only 48 or
64K (with a language card).
