HTML-Browser for the GS??????

Just a quick question:

Is there any way of viewing HTML-Files on a Apple 2 GS??
I know, it is quite impossible, but I just wanted to ask.

I donï¿½t need real Internet access - a simple browser for
local files would do.

And if there is none, any ideas if someone is thinking of
writinhg one??
