Missed us or not, cares about us or not, the way Apple treated me as an Apple II customer has kept me from buying any more of their products and has influenced our discussions here at work. Buying Apple Macintoshes, at least around here, is a hard sell and they need someone really going to bat for them. I doubt seriously if Apple cares a hoot, but yes, it's cost them. -John
