Sure thing. If it's running Sytem 7.x then you can use key equivalents to
do all your Finder navigation. Just check the docs. Another option is to
use the Apple supplied control panel, Easy Access. Activate it by
command-shift-clear, and your numeric keypad then moves the cursor.
Please make sure you know what you are talking about before spouting your
mouth off.
