Good clue there - it is probably an interface cable for a ThunderScan.

I haven't seen one.  Educated guess: the DB-19M plugs into the IIgs or
Mac disk port (for power).  The DB-19F is a piggyback connector, for the
disk drives.  The Mini-Din-8 goes to the serial port, and the DB-9F is
the connector for the ThunderScan device, which mounts on the head of
an ImageWriter II.
