How can you possibly say that? Win95 is a means to get Lower-costing machines
running Win32 apps. Once this happens, WinNT has a big software base (the
ultimate push is to have WinNT compatable with ALL Win95 Win32 apps). With
the falling prices of hardware, WinNT does not seem like the monster it
once was, and sooner or later it will be viable as a low-end platform as
well as a high-end one.
