Depends on your system.  If you have System 7.5, you have PC Exchange
and the software resides in your Exttensions folder ready to be used
when you stick a ProDos disk in the drive.  You can also buy PC
Exchange as an enhancement to other systems.

Otherwise, somewhere in your System Disks is a program called Apple
File Exchange which lets you convert data from disks.  PC Exchange is
a bit more realiable and much easier since it runs automatically
whenever a DOS or ProDos disk is inserted.
