It might be, if there are any interrupts active. In particular,
heartbeat interrupts (screen blankers, perhaps) and AppleTalk.
If the program locks out interrupts, or you boot straight into the
game using Ctrl-Apple-Reset, the speed should be almost identical to
the IIe. The actual clock speed of the CPU is the same. There might
be minor differences in the speed of monitor ROM subroutines, since
the IIgs versions do more mode switching and jumping around than the
IIe counterparts.
