That model doesn't make sense - what does it say on the case?  It
might be an Apple ][, Apple ][ Plus (or "europlus"), Apple ][e (or
"//e"), Apple //c, Apple //c+ or Apple IIgs.  There were some
relabelled machines shipped in different cases in the really old days
(e.g. the Bell and Howell (?) "black" Apple ][).

The power supply used in the ][, ][+, //e and IIgs is not made by
Apple - there are two companies that made them: Astec and another that
I forget.  The number you've quoted sounds like an Apple board number,
and I wouldn't have expected one of those to appear on a power supply
circuit board.  I could be wrong.

I'm not sure who made the IIc's internal voltage converter or the
external "brick".

I have no idea who made the //c+'s power supply.

This shouldn't be too much trouble, as long as you can be clearer
about which machine you are dealing with.

The ][, ][+ and //e use a six pin latching connector in a 2x3
configuration.  The IIc uses a 44-pin connector of some kind (I haven't
looked at it recently).  The IIgs uses a seven pin single-in-line molex
connector with one pin unused.

I've never seen a IIc+.  According to the technical reference, it has
a 7-pin connector, but I don't know what it looks like.
