Keyboard Goop

I seem to be having trouble with sticky keys on my GS.  They get stuck 
down and won't come back up unless I pry them, or wait for several minutes.

This appears to be 
humidity related. I can blow some warm air into it from a hair drier and 
then it works fine. I've never had to do more than open up the keyboard 
and blow out the dust before, but it looks like it's going to need a bit 
more attention this time. What's the best way to go about 
cleaning/unstickying the keys on the GS?
