I assume this program is specific to the IIc.  Where does it load into
memory?  There is no spare space within ProDOS, except parts of the
second language card bank (and they are used by some programs).

Does it patch out something, e.g. support for the /RAM disk?

It can't run outside of the language card without causing
compatibility problems with other software.
