It is hard to take anyone like this guy seriously, so the best course is to
enjoy the spectacle as long as we have no choice. I recall a marvelous line
(paraphrased) from Firesign Theater: How can we miss him if he won't go away? 

I wonder if it is more cruel to answer his posts by exposing them to ridicule,
or to ignore him altogether. It is quite possible that even the negative
attention is feeding his ego in a strange way. Let's try ignoring him again
for a while and see if he gets mad.  ;-)
