In California, a place called Wico in South Gate sells them.  They are on
Imperial Hwy just east of the 710 Fwy.  They have an 800 number but I dont
know it offhand.  Might try 1-800-555-1212 for the number.  One note of
caution...keep it cool!  They tend to be heat sensitive.  The monitors are
sold as an open-frame unit to be installed in a cabinet.  I am not sure of
prices.  Monitor prices have fallen about 20% a year for 2 years now.
One of the monitor manufacturers (Hantarex) has a monitor with a 16/9
aspect ratio, so look for wide-screen video games in the coming future!
