I don't know when it was made, but one difference is a higher resolution 
in HIRES. If you look at pictures or games for the standard II+, there
are black stripes running through it.

Do you have any cards in the slots? Or are those ports on the motherboard
of the ITT 2020? You can address the ports with PR#n for output and IN#n
for input, where n is the slot number of the card.
