Where are the PROMS located in the IIe?? It might be possible to access
them from the "monitor" routine built into the Apple. That can give you
an assembly language printout which could be useful (if you are skilled
enough to use it).
Another way might be to send me the PROMS and (depending upon the type of
PROM) I could use my PROM programmer card to read them and to save the
matrix on a disk. You might then load the matrix into your Apple and use
one of the assemblers which offers dis-assembly features.
The easy part is extracting the data from the PROM. The hard part is
interpreting it. Unless one has a good idea of what that code was
supposed to do, the interpretation could take far more time than it is
worth.
If all you want to do is reproduce the data into more PROMs, I might
handle that for you (if the data is not copywrited).
