If memory serves, the Inspector and Watson were separate EPROM chips
that you could plus into the Apple language card or similar EPROM
card. I think one of them let you inspect memory and the other let
you inspect data on the disk. Watson was an extension to the
Inspector and required it to run.

I believe any generic ROM card would do.

I had dumps of them at one time. One nifty trick was to cut the trace
on the write line on a RAM card and install a switch that could
basically turn a RAM card into a ROM card with he flip of a switch.
