That, Sir, was a jest. vi is just a standard text editor (and an awkward
one at that), available in a port (elvis) for GNO/ME. You can write HTML
with it, but it doesn't help or hinder you. Same is true of ShadowWrite or
Egoed or AppleWorks or ...
