apple /// fails to boot, help!

a co-worker of mine, knowing i like old apples, picked up a /// for me
free at a local hamfest complete with a //e monitor. the monitor works,
but the system won't boot. it's a 256k model, serial number a3s2-121341.
it had a grappler printer  card and one card that said /// + // and ///
+//e. i removed those, and still nothing.  the power light and the led on
the board both come on. it also makes a little click from the speaker one
time. other than that, nothing! is there a control_oa_reset equivalent on
this model? can anyone offer help or specs on this? now that i've got 10
computers, time to open a museum :D
