	Speaking of 1MBx4 DRAMs, I just plugged some chips into my RamFAST
SCSI that have a part number 'AAA4M204P-05 /NMBS'. The RamFAST reports I
now have 1024K cache, but are these *truely* 1MBx4 DRAM chips? Every person
I've spoke with has never heard of this part number for DRAMs...could my
RamFAST be confused and displaying a false cache size?

	Everything seems to be running just fine, but it would be nice to 
know what kind of chips these are (I pulled them from a dead RamFAST FYI).
If these aren't the proper type of chip, I need to know right away before 
any of my HD partitions are chewed up! Oh, I also have some chips with a
part number 'AAA1M304P-08', but the RF sees these as 256K cache.
