1MBx4 DRAMs ... ack!

Hi,

decided it was time to populate my boards in the GS to the max and buy
10 of 1MBx4 DRAMs in DIP.

No such luck. Three dealers so far informed me that "the production of
these chips has been stopped in January, anything you can get now is
salvage chips, and we don't have any".

Help! Does anyone know of a source for these chips? Europe preferred,
but US will do if it has to do.
